Shipping & Handling
Café Valet provides free shipping and handling for orders of $70 or more before taxes. For orders less than $70, we charge a flat rate of $6 per order for shipping and handling. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Brewers purchased through CafeValet.com that are in new and unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return the unopened brewer, please first contact our Customer Service Department using this contact us form. Please include the Order ID Number found in the email confirmation you received at the time of purchase so we may provide a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Your credit will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of your authorized return and will post to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- DEFECTIVE BREWERS
If a product arrives defective, or becomes defective before the end of the warranty period, please notify us immediately using this contact us form. Defective products are covered by our 1 year limited warranty. If the product requires replacement, you will need to receive a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Service Department.
- DAMAGED BREWERS
We take extra care in insuring that all products shipped from CafeValet.com arrive in manufactured condition. However, damage in transit can occur. If any product ordered from CafeValet.com arrives damaged, please notify us within five days of receipt of item using this contact us form. Please repackage the damaged product in its original packing/shipping material. We will issue you a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the product at no cost. Your product will be replaced upon receipt.
All sales on coffee products are FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or cancel the order. Please understand that the order process is automated and each order is processed for shipping without delay.
If you have placed an order in error, contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. In some instances we may find we are able to assist you prior to shipment. Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you each weekday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST by calling us toll free at 800-325-4500. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope you find our quick processing to be extremely favorable under normal circumstances.
